Instructions for Presenters in Poster Sessions

The poster board space available to each poster is 85cm wide and 120cm high (A0 portrait). Each poster space will be numbered. Put your poster into the correct space - your poster number is given in the programme together with the code for the day you are to present (e.g., W24 is poster 24 on Wednesday).

Each poster must contain the title of presentation, authors' names and their affiliation. We will provide material for fixing the posters. You will only be able to display thin paper posters (they will either be fixed to a poster board or a glass wall).

You can put up your poster from 9am on your presentation day. We will take any posters left hanging after 5pm to the University Children's Centre for drawing on.
