Symposia proposals and abstract submissions will be accepted starting on
January 15th.

The deadline for symposia proposals is March 1st; the deadline for
abstract submissions is March 15th.

For the abstract, describe the purpose of the study, the methods, the results, and the conclusions. Use Ariel font size 11. Graduate Student Awards

The Graduate Student Symposium affords an opportunity for outstanding graduate students to present papers at the conference in a highlighted symposium. Up to five students will be selected to participate in the symposium. Their accommodation and travel expenses will be partly covered by the Organizing Committee, but they must pay their own conference registration fee.
Information on the awards can be found here .
