ACCOMMODATION - UPDATED May 21st
The conference will be held in the Department of Experimental Psychology, South Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3UD, England.

There is no on-site accommodation, but here a few hotels within a 10 minute walk:

- The Tower House (from £68/night, available up to and including June 21st call them at +44 (0)1865 246 828 and ask for the rooms reserved for IMRF conference)
- Linton Lodge Hotel (reduced rates from £79/night by calling them and quoting "Department of Experimental Pscyhology" before May 10th)

- A little farther out, at the Peartree roundabout, there is also a Travelodge and a Holiday Inn. These hotels are modern and cheaper, but it’s a 10 min bus ride in or about £8.00 taxi ride.

The default mode of transportation is driving, but if you’ll be walking or taking the bus, then select the appropriate icon just above where you input the address. The travel times, even by bus, are pretty accurate for Oxford.
Early booking highly recommended since the city hosts many conferences over the summer.
TRAVEL
The closest major city to Oxford is London. Oxford is easy to get to, and can be reached by coach, train, or car.
If you are travelling by plane the simplest (and cheapest) way to get to Oxford is to take a bus called from the airport into Oxford’s central station. The Airline services buses from Heathrow about every 30 minutes, cost £27 return and take approximately 90 minutes from Terminals 1,2,and 3, and 80 minutes from Terminal 5 (British Airways only; for Terminal 4 you will need to take the free inter-terminal train to either Terminal 5 or central bus station). Heathrow is the quickest bus connection to Oxford, but there are connections from all London’s airports.
The Airline also services buses from Gatwick every hour. This trip costs £37 return and takes approximately 120-150 minutes.
National Express also services routes from Luton and Stanstead airports into Oxford.
There are also often cheap flights to Birmingham Airport, which has a train station with regular trains direct to Oxford (time c. 1 hr).
For those coming from Europe on Eurostar, trains arrive into London's Euston station. From there you will need to take a short taxi to the OxfordTube bus stop (Marble Arch) that will take you into Oxford. From Marble Arch, the bus ride takes 90-120 minutes depending on traffic. The route is regularly serviced with busses departing every 15 minutes or so. A return ticket costs £20.
