Registration fee includes: conference kit, program and book of abstracts, admittance to scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, get-together reception, four lunches and coffee/refreshments at breaks.
Students: Students must include their student card when submitting their registration forms.

Payment: Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer* or credit card** (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and conference name (IMRF) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
**Payment made by credit card will be charged according to the EURO/US$ exchange rate on date of credit card transaction.
***Please note that if you select payment by "Institution", the secretariat will contact you as to where to issue the invoice for payment.

Cancellation Policy: Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
- Received until April 2, 2013 - full refund less US$75 handling fee
- Received after April 3, 2013 and before April 30, 2013 - 50% refund
- Received from May 1, 2013 - no refund
