Registration

On our registration page, please choose one of the following alternatives and complete your registration process:

• Virtual Presentation: Student (early or late registration)
• Virtual Presentation: Faculty (early or late registration) 

Early registration will close on 2011-09-09.

Preparing Your Presentation File

Please send us your presentation file it to meeting11@imrf.info as an attached file. The deadline will be 2011-10-08. If your file size exceeds 5 MB, please contact meeting11@imrf.info and follow our file-uploading instructions. 

Oral Presentation (Symposium and Talk)

Please prepare a presentation file with your audio narration embedded. A Microsoft Power Point or Apple KeyNote file is desirable.

Please also send us a PDF version of your file to check the layout and arrangement of your presentation file.

Poster Presentation

Please prepare a poster file. The poster size should be portrait-oriented A0 (height of 1189 mm and width of 841mm,  46.81×31.11 inch). A PDF file is desirable. Other file formats (Microsoft Power Point, Apple KeyNote, etc.) are also acceptable, but please also send us a PDF version of your file to check the layout and arrangement of your presentation file.

If you have prepared an audio narration file, we can present it to audiences via PC or digital audio player. If you prepare the audio file, please send it to meeting11@imrf.info, together with the poster file.

You may receive feedback or questions from audience members and make discussions with them via e-mail after the presentation.
