Instructions for Presenters in Talk Sessions:
All talks (except the student award talks) are scheduled to be 15 minutes long including 3 minutes for discussion. Presenters should arrive at the Event Hall at least 15 minutes before the start of their session to check their materials and devices.

In the case of the student award presentations, each awardee is expected to give a 5 minute-long short precis talk followed by its poster presentation.

We will provide the following standard equipment for your presentation: A PC running Microsoft office 2007, a PC projector and a pair of loudspeakers. The PC will be able to read data from CD-roms and USB flash drives.

Presenters can also bring their own laptops. In this case we will provide the followings: A socket for 100V AC supply, a VGA cable, and an audio (3.5mm) plug.

Please contact the conference organizers at least one week before the conference if you need any other AV equipments.

Instructions for Presenters in Poster Sessions:
The poster panel size is 120 cm wide and 250 cm tall. Each panel will be uniquely numbered as same as the poster number in the program that includes your presentation day (e.g., 1-24 refers poster #24 on Day 1, Monday, 17th October). Each poster must contain the title of presentation, authors' names and their affiliation. We will provide material for putting up posters.
